I also help you prepare your home to show at its best—offering guidance on staging, presentation, and small improvements that can make a big impact. Once your home is on the market, I actively manage showings, communicate with potential buyers and agents, and keep you informed every step of the way.

The Bottom Line
My Story:
I’m Scott—but my family and friends call me Scotty.
I grew up on a dairy farm in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, with my mother, father and sister. I knew early on I wanted a different path. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Journalism with a focus in Advertising and a minor in Business from West Virginia University, then moved back home briefly before deciding to chase something bigger.
I took a leap to Los Angeles—but after three weeks, I knew it wasn’t for me. I almost moved back to PA but my cousin suggested I check out San Diego first. That same day I rented a car and headed south on the 5. That drive changed everything. I ended up in heaven which is also know as Pacific Beach. I instantly knew I had found home.
I spent the next 12 years in San Diego working as a bartender and manager, developing strong people skills, learning how to connect, and creating great experiences for others.
Then life shifted. I met Ana, and what started as a friendship slowly turned into something more. With her roots in Yuma and two kids she made it clear would not be moving. The choice then became clear.
In November 2024, I made the move to Yuma, bought a home in Mesa Del Sol, and started a new chapter. Today, I live here with Ana and our two children, Ilana and Carlo, and I’m focused on building my career in real estate while also working a few nights a week at Pour Behavior. I genuinely enjoy real estate because it allows me to help people while using strategy, negotiation, and creativity every day.
More than anything, my goal is simple: to build a life where I can be home with my family in the evenings, sitting down for dinner together—and to help others find that same kind of happiness in a place they call home.
